Responsibilities:
• Support and super user of ad serving system
• Manage the content and the complete lifecycle of campaign delivery ensuring a timely and high quality process
• Liaison with internal teams and external vendors to implement and deliver web based marketing and communications
• Manage campaign requests, advertising inventory, reporting, and organizational delivery and sales reports
• Ensure materials are submitted and delivered on schedule with 100% accuracy
• Quality control of campaign and sales process
• Responsible for updating, creating and managing sales presentations, website and other external and internal communications collateral
• Responsible for managing and communicating with external finance function, incl. creating invoices, monthly sales reports, etc.
• Assisting CEO with sales material such as campaign offers, creating reference cases, setting up meeting power points, collecting sales information (pipeline, closed etc.)
• Ensuring invoices to publishers are correct and sent every month
• Campaign booking towards publishers
Other facts:
• The role will report to CEO and Traffic Manager
• Head office is currently located in the central of Stockholm, but the person must be willing to travel as necessary depending on business needs
• Should be available to support the sales representatives on client and/or publisher meetings up to two times per week
